ROUND ROCK, Texas – In response to complaints of wrongdoing against the Round Rock ISD board, the Texas Education Agency assigned board monitor David Faltys to Round Rock ISD. However, Faltys appears to have conflicts of interest due to recent business dealings with Round Rock ISD.
